One of the really great things about WordPress is the amount of quality free themes and Bones is no exception!

Bones provides two template options, “classic” and “responsive”, if you’re not familiar with the term responsive, where have you been! Bones its self describes it as:

Designing for multiple devices is a tough task. Right off the bat, you need a flexible and solid starting point. The Responsive version of Bones is that starting point. With a stylesheet setup for media queries and a Mobile First approach, you’ll already be ahead of the curve.

This is by far one of the best, if not the best, theme frameworks i’ve ever come across. I like it so much I incorporated it into my portfolio site – ajthomas.co.uk

It utilises a number of other cool frameworks including but not limited to; Less,  1140 css grid, Oh and it also uses HTML5!
